Some MIVÉRA products are handmade or produced in small quantities. Minor differences in stitching, fabric placement, print placement, or finishing may occur. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s quality or intended use.
Fit may vary depending on the product’s design, material, and stretch. Customers should review the product description and available sizing information before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or remove products from the website at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from MIVÉRA. Your order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

- Errors affecting inventory or checkout
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during collection launches, holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. MIVÉRA is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order begins processing or ships.
MIVÉRA currently ships within the United States. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders of $50 or more.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Certain products, including final-sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and applicable undergarments, cannot be returned.

However, purchases made through this website are transactions directly between you and MIVÉRA LLC. Shopify is not the seller of MIVÉRA products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, handling returns, or resolving product-related concerns.
